Class Description
Savour the flavors of North India in this hands-on cooking class! You’ll learn a variety of techniques, from cooking creamy butter chicken (aka Murgh Makhani) from scratch and tempering and balancing spices, to making, kneading, shaping, and baking soft homemade naan, preparing cooling cucumber raita, and cooking fluffy basmati rice. By the end, you’ll walk away with a strong understanding of these classic dishes and the skills needed to make them successfully on your own.
