In this class, you'll learn to make basic wheat crêpe batter and spread it to achieve tender, ultra-thin crêpes with a delicate texture. You’ll also discover how to fill them with both sweet and savoury ingredients and explore many ways to present them beautifully. By the end, you’ll have the skills and confidence to make impressive crêpes anytime, for any occasion.
