Learning to make thin, delicate wheat crêpes is a versatile skill that can elevate any meal or dessert. Whether you’re aiming for a quick breakfast, a light lunch, a fancy dinner, or a show-stopping dessert, crêpes are your canvas for endless creativity. In this class, you'll learn to make basic wheat crêpe batter and spread it to achieve tender, ultra-thin crêpes with a delicate texture. You’ll also discover how to fill them with both sweet and savoury ingredients and explore many ways to present them beautifully. By the end, you’ll have the skills and confidence to make impressive crêpes anytime, for any occasion.

Includes: 3 hours of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and food, recipes, up to 30 minutes of travel, and 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.
