Class Description
Eggs Benedict is one of the most elegant dishes you can serve for breakfast or brunch - and once you know the technique, there’s no reason to order it out again. In this class, you’ll learn how to build a classic Eggs Benedict completely from scratch, with a focus on timing, organization, and technique. We’ll start by making homemade English muffins and poaching eggs in advance so service is stress-free. Finally, you’ll tackle Hollandaise, the luxurious mother sauce that intimidates many cooks. You’ll learn how to make it with confidence, understand why it works, and - just as importantly - how to fix it if it splits. This class is packed with practical skills you can use well beyond brunch.
