Class Description
In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare a traditional Greek feast rooted in simple, time-honoured home cooking. Together, we’ll create a generous spread of juicy chicken or pork souvlaki, warm fresh pita, tangy tzatziki, roasted lemon potatoes OR rice, and a classic Horiatiki (Greek) salad. You’ll make your own pita from scratch, while the remaining dishes will be prepared through guided demonstration, allowing you to focus on technique, timing, and the details that bring out authentic flavour. We’ll finish by sitting down together to enjoy the full meal, just as it’s meant to be shared - abundant, relaxed, and centered around good food and good company.

Includes: 4 hours of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and food, recipes, up to 30 minutes of travel, and 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.
