Class Description
In this class, we’ll create a traditional Greek meal that showcases the beauty of simple, properly executed techniques. You’ll get hands-on practice rolling fresh herb‑and‑rice dolmades, and you’ll follow step‑by‑step demonstrations for creamy tzatziki, roasted chicken with tomatoes and olives, and a silky avgolemono sauce - dishes where proper technique is essential for great results. Along the way, you’ll learn how to season with confidence and how lemon, olive oil, and fragrant herbs work together to build the balance and depth that define Greek cooking. We’ll finish with thick yogurt drizzled with Greek honey and topped with toasted walnuts, and you’ll sit down to enjoy a well-rounded, satisfying meal you’ve made yourself.
