Class Description
In this class, we’ll create a vibrant Greek vegetarian spread full of bold flavours and satisfying textures. You’ll learn how to work with phyllo to make crisp, golden tiropita strifti (a cheese-filled phyllo spiral) and discover just how delicious roasted vegetables can be in a deeply flavorful dish called briam. Served with cooling tzatziki and crusty bread for dipping, it’s a simple combination that delivers big flavour. We’ll finish with a creamy, indulgent rice pudding that brings the class to a sweet, comforting close.

Includes: 4 hours of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and food, recipes, up to 30 minutes of travel, and 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.
