Class Description
Explore the flavours and traditions of Armenia in this hands-on cooking class focused on manti - delicate, hand-shaped dumplings filled with seasoned beef and baked until golden and crisp. You’ll learn how to make tender pasta dough from scratch, practice traditional shaping techniques for filled dumplings, and prepare a richly seasoned meat filling that bakes into deep, savoury flavour. We’ll finish the manti with a light, flavourful broth and a tangy garlic-yogurt sauce that brings everything together. This class is centred around building a complete meal experience. Alongside the manti, we'll prepare a seasonal salad and a complementary vegetable dish to balance richness with freshness and round out the table.
