Class Description
Join me for another outstanding traditional Greek menu. In this class, we’ll focus on the techniques behind each dish. Moussaka takes center stage, where each layer - from a rich meat sauce to properly prepared eggplant and a creamy, well-set béchamel - relies on careful handling to come together as a balanced whole. We’ll braise green beans until tender and deeply flavored, and make saragli, a decadent yet approachable version of baklava, while learning to handle and shape delicate phyllo. You’ll leave with a complete menu and the skills to confidently recreate each component at home.
