Class Description
Bring the buzz of Mumbai’s food stalls into your kitchen! In this hands-on class, you’ll cook incredible Pav Bhaji, the city’s iconic buttery vegetable mash with toasted rolls, and Masala Papad layered with exciting flavors and textures and finished with homemade Tamarind Chutney. You’ll sip spiced Masala Chai and finish with soft, rich, and fragrant Coconut Ladoos. A fun, colorful dive into the bold, comforting flavors that make Mumbai’s street food unforgettable. By the end, you’ll have a deeper appreciation for how simple ingredients, careful seasoning, and balance of taste and texture come together to create joy in every bite.
