Class Description
Learn to prepare a classic Indian vegetarian meal perfect for home cooking. In this hands-on class, you’ll make Dal Makhani, a creamy, slow-cooked lentil curry; Aloo Gobi, a flavorful potato and cauliflower dish; Palak Paneer, tender paneer in a vibrant spiced spinach sauce; and Jeera Rice, fragrant basmati infused with cumin. By the end, you’ll know how to create a balanced, aromatic meal with rich, layered flavors and colors, just like a home-cooked Indian feast.
