If you’ve been to Thailand, Pad Thai, Som Tum Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice immediately come to mind. In this mouth-watering class, you’ll dive deep into making Pad Thai, exploring all the techniques, variations, and secrets that make this dish iconic. We’ll cover essential Thai ingredients and smart substitutions for hard-to-find items. You’ll also learn proper wok technique and the Thai art of balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. Beyond Pad Thai, we’ll make Som Tum Thai, Thailand’s explosive green papaya salad, and finish with the beloved coconut-infused Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Get ready for bold flavors, hands-on cooking, and skills you’ll use confidently at home.
