Fish is a super healthy food, but let's face it... it's an expensive ingredient to buy let alone dine out for. The last thing you want to do at home is overcook it and dry it out. Whether you're choosing fresh or frozen fillets, we'll go over the basics of properly preparing, seasoning, and adding delicious flavor to these healthy proteins. Once you learn the proper technique for pan-frying fillets, how to monitor the heat, and the key things to look for during cooking, you'll be well on your way to whipping up a delicious plate of juicy fish.
