Discover the magic of golden semolina flour and learn how to create various shapes such as cavatelli, orecchiette, and fusilli by hand. With these skills - knowing how to cook, sauce, and plate this humble yet versatile Southern Italian staple - you’ll be ready to create sensational pasta dishes right in your own kitchen.

Includes: 4 hours of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and food, recipes, up to 30 minutes of travel, and 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.
