Ahhhh, Spain - a culinary paradise known for its delightful tapas and pintxos (little bites). In this class, you'll learn several classic Spanish tapas: the iconic Tortilla de Patatas (potato and egg omelet) with variations, Pan con Tomate (tomato bread), Chorizo al Vino Tinto (sausage in red wine), Gambas al Ajillo (garlic shrimp), Romesco Sauce (red pepper, tomato & nuts), and Marinated Manchego cheese. Discover essential techniques, tips, and how to prepare components in advance - perfect for hosting your own tapas party. Some items will be demo/cooked together and others fully hands-on. Join me and bring the vibrant flavors of Spain to your table!

Includes: 4 hours of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and food, recipes, up to 30 minutes of travel, and 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.
