Class Description
Discover the art of crafting authentic Thai curries from scratch. You will learn to work with key ingredients such as galangal, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, Thai chilies, and spices. After making two curry pastes of your choice (green, red, or panang), you will be guided through the step-by-step process for cooking each dish. You will also explore the interplay between sweet, spicy, salty, and sour elements that define Thai cuisine. Of course, you will also learn how to cook fluffy Thai jasmine rice to serve with these delectable curries. You will complete the meal with a refreshing Thai cucumber salad and Thai iced tea.
