Venture into Vietnam with this cooking class focused on crafting tantalizing noodle bowls and Banh Mis complete with all of the traditional fixings. Learn how to make succulent lemongrass chicken and pork patties to craft both dishes. Explore the essential ingredients, from fresh herbs to fragrant lemongrass and savory fish sauce. Learn how to work with dried rice noodles, make crunchy do chua (pickled daikon and carrot), the indispensable nước chấm (fish sauce) accompaniment, and strong and sweet Vietnamese Coffee.
