Class Description
Learn to make delicious Vietnamese spring roll noodle bowls in this engaging, hands-on culinary class. We’ll start by preparing a seasoned filling, learning how to handle, fill, and roll rice paper wrappers, and frying the rolls to a golden, crispy finish. You’ll also learn how to choose and cook the required noodles, make đồ chua (pickled carrot & daikon), nước chấm (Vietnamese dipping sauce), and crispy shallots - the essentials for building a flavor-packed bowl. We’ll assemble spring-roll–summer rolls for a fresh-meets-crispy contrast everyone loves. You’ll leave confident making authentic Vietnamese spring rolls and serving them in vibrant, flavorful, and impressive ways.

Includes: 4 hours of hands-on instruction, all ingredients and food, recipes, up to 30 minutes of travel, and 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.
