Class Description

In this hands-on class, we’ll prepare a Vietnamese meal from scratch. We’ll begin with Cà Ri Gà, a fragrant coconut chicken curry with succulent chicken and root vegetables, focusing on aromatics, coconut milk, and flavour balance, served with your choice of baguette, rice noodles, or steamed rice. You’ll also make fresh gỏi cuốn (shrimp and pork salad rolls), learning proper assembly, herb use, and how to achieve light, well-structured rolls. To complete the meal, we’ll prepare two classic dipping sauces - nước chấm and peanut sauce - and finish with traditional Vietnamese coffee brewed using a phin filter.
